Engineers and programmers are the often-anonymous architects of society, and what you do now could make a huge difference to the lives of millions, even billions, of people in decades to come.

i give up. time to move on. it's just too hard. you don't even give me a minute of your time. if i were to ask you what time it is, you'd respond "uh... it's four thir... i gotta go. i think there's a clock over there." we were ice skating last night and the most random thing ever, samantha notrica was there. she went to mater dei with us. i didn't know her too well. i just talked to her a couple of times about her car. see, she has a Mercedes Benz CLK 430 and i used to complement her on her ride. she'd joke about how she'd go racing in LA (since i'm asian, she immediately assumes i'm a ricer). but yeah. i didn't know her at all and i talked to her for a while, catching up, seeing what each other's been up to (the typical convo about school, etc.). so yeah. if i'm able to talk to a stranger and i'm not able to talk to you, that's punked. so... i haven't been shot down, i'm just flying away.
i think i have a better chance of talking with jessica alba than i do you.
