Friday, May 27, 2005 this girl can sing. i don't think anyone can compare. glad to have you back, mariah. when you left i lost a part of me it's still so hard to believe come back baby, please cause who else am i gonna lean on when times get rough who's gonna talk to me on the phone 'til the sun comes up who's gonna take your place there ain't nobody better c l i f f l o v e's thoughts at 10:24:00 AM   (0) comments Wednesday, May 25, 2005 i was in the worst traffic of my life today. it took me about 30-40 minutes to get from my house in costa mesa to LAX/105 Freeway. then it took me almost 3 hours to get from LAX/105 Freeway to my apartment 13 miles away. if you do the math that's .230 miles per hour. that's not even 1 mile per hour!! they closed 4 of the 5 lanes because of a huge big rig accident. the exit for my apartment was right where the accident was. the car involved in the accident was smashed to pieces. i believe there was one fatality. i don't know how anyone could've survived. as i was exiting, eliza started to overheat. apparently the extreme stop and go traffic created a hole in the radiator. i was less than a quarter mile away from my apartment. i stopped half way, let the car cool down and then stupidly drove to my apartment. because of the freeway accident, all the raods were extremely congested. by the time i was in LA, i was hella tired, hella hungry, and needed to piss. so i wasn't entirely thinking right. i should've stopped my car on the side of the road as soon as i saw it overheating. now i don't know if i damaged the engine at all. now it's time to buy an upgraded radiator. c l i f f l o v e's thoughts at 12:30:00 AM   (1) comments Monday, May 23, 2005 todai's on saturday for my cousin's graduation lunch. i had at least one of every single sushi except for the ones wrapped in seaweed. damn good. the transmission/transfer cases on 4WD trucks suck. they're big and bulky and weigh more than me. so for such a small person like me to take one down and put one back on is amazing. but i have to give credit to sara, steve, and paul for helping me out. thanks to sara for ripping my shirt and wearing a thong and wearing a top with spaghetti straps and no bra. thanks to steve for hanging up on paul when we needed your help and for getting me some mc-e-dees when you took my truck out. thanks to james for bringing star wars over and not letting me watch it. and a big thanks to my uncle rudy who came over when there was no hope in diagnosing the problem and proving that everything we did was perfect and that other things were, in fact, wrong. c l i f f l o v e's thoughts at 7:19:00 PM   (0) comments
