nice! this new year is starting out friggin' dope! so awesome! could've started out differently but what the hell... it's still good.
brought the new year with a couple of shots, just to say bye to the past and hello to the future. don't think that imma start drinking now. naw, just a "welcome" and "good-bye" shot.
kicked it with some good friends. lit up some fireworks. had a ton of laughs. mostly because of the last comic standing paul vu. he was friggin' awesome. props go out to that fool. he drank hella'lot and didn't throw up. he had a hang over but he was kickin' it at the end of the day.
damn omar. when i woke up this morning i finally remembered the lyrics: "say you'll stay". and that shit just played throw my mind. nice, omar, nice. we need to find that slow jams CD. the best CD ever.
this new years day has gone on forever. it's never ending. it's friggin' awesome. spending my time kickin' it. like i said, awesome. let the year go on like that. you never know what'll happen tomorrow. you gotta enjoy it. that's what i'm doing.
okay, maybe it seemed long because i worked for 6 hours with no one valeting their cars. i got exactly 19 people today. man... that's very little, like 3 cars per hour. i went through the first few hours without driving a car. just sat at the booth friggin' freezing my ass off. i really need a black jacket (and black shoes). eh, whatever. got to drive a corvette, cayenne s, and boxster today. not bad.
what did we do tonight? play cards of course. gambling my tip money away at chris tran's house. some texas hold 'em. i gotta say, i was the lucky one tonight. winning the first tournament, getting second place on the next, and again getting second in the last. not bad not bad. i enjoyed myself. then played some black jack with dave as the dealer. nice stuff. a good night.
a very special happy birthday goes out to dave. enjoy that shit, man.
here's to the best year ever, the year we all (most) turn 21. 2004, baby! this year will be better than the last.
welps, i'm tired now, gotta rest to enjoy day 2 of 2004. hit me up if you're reading this. we definitely have to kick it.
