yay. i finally get a break from work. nguyen^2 didn't schedule me at all this week. maybe because i got into a "fight" yesterday and kicked some guys car? naw... he's cool... whatevers. i'm free this whole week. holla back at me, aiite? if you wanna do something. let's do this shit.
i tried a wheelman yesterday. awesome shit. if you don't know... a wheelman is like a motorized scooter thing with two wheels (picture a motorcycle) and a 50cc 2-stroke carbuerated motor in the middle. you put your feet in the middle of the wheels and you hold this thing with levers to actuate the gas and brakes. riding it is like a snowboard. it's hella fun. it's an all terrain vehicle that can go on concrete, grass, snow, sand. we took it out to that park that's not wakeham but in the same neighborhood. the name escapes me at the moment. it's near frank's.... again... that thing is awesome. it costs 1g but i'm thinking about building my own, Tim "The Toolman" Taylor style. the stock motor is like 3 hp. so i'm thinking about getting the 4.5 hp motor from my lawnmower in the back, getting a tiny turbo charger... and BAM!! 10-15 hp right there. the concept is tight.
this year is turning out to be pretty good for me so far. you just gotta stay focused and keep positive. life's too short to dwell and feel sorry for youself. it's also too short to question everything that's going on around you. some things happen for a reason, some things don't. that's life. you just gotta appreciate what's there. i dunno. that's not very inspiring but you gotta do what you gotta do (as long as it's "right").
my condolences go out to those few people who are no longer with us this year. this year is lesser without you but that doesn't mean it can't be greater than the last. prayers, hopes, and wishes go out to those affected. they would want us to continue on so that's what we're going to do.
steve, you're a strong guy and you're dealing with all that's going on around you real well. if you ever need anything, mang, we're here for ya. it's alright to cry, it is. just ask omar.
