Engineers and programmers are the often-anonymous architects of society, and what you do now could make a huge difference to the lives of millions, even billions, of people in decades to come.

TiVo is going to be the end of me. i didn't do anything this weekend. i didn't go out at all and i didn't go with the family to las vegas. all because of the 2 midterms and one lap report i have this week. school sucks. i have been staring at this damned TV screen for 48 hours. i studied about half of the material for my midterm on monday. i didn't even touch my take home midterm due on tuesday and i didn't even start on my lab report due on wed. (i hate lab reports and i always end up sleeping at 5a.m. wed morning only getting 2 hours of sleep before my lab).
i think i'm getting better now. time does heal the heart... well, maybe not heal but stop it from hurting so much. it doesn't piece it back together. that takes effort, not time.
key: think about where you're at and don't ever think about where your other could be. don't even wonder or question because it'll just kill you. that's a technique to master.
