i like amerie. i got her CD when it came out on tuesday.

the song touch (which is also the name of the album) is very britney spears-ish. like my perogative and toxic: it has the neptunes electronic pop beats. still pretty good though.

she has a really good voice and is pretty damn hot (in my opinion).

my main beef with the CD: stupid copy protection won't let me port the songs to my iPod. it will only work with Sony Atrac or WMA music players. BOOOOO!!! i can work around it though. i have a research paper about technology and entertainment and this CD copy protection thing will surely be in there. ggggrrrrr the record label execs.

at least i got the CD for $7.
