okay. i think i have high blood pressure. i should go to the doctor and get all that checked out. i need to start my new job and get my benefits!
but before that, i'm going to give up red meat and fried foods. i'm going to run a mile and a half every day. i'll see y'all at the gym.
systolic: 135-150 diastolic: 70-80 pulse: 50-60
i went to the optometrist and they checked my blood pressure. the dr. said it was pretty high. so i've been checking it everyday since then. hasn't looked good at all.
