it happened again. eliza was involved in another accident. this is the third time she has been hit while just sitting there, doing nothing, parked.
the story i was at my cousin's apartment parked in the guest parking lot. apparently some guy made a 3-point turn out of the parking lot and reversed into eliza's bumper (eliza was reversed into the parking spot). the car was a black ford expedition with a propeller on the bumper (a novelty item). the propeller hit my bumper, broke, and fell off the car as the car left. luckily my aunt and uncle were in the parking lot and witnessed the whole they. being the nice citizens that they are they wrote down the license plate number before even knowing that my car was involved. the cops were called and they came and got all the information. a few minutes later we learn that the same car matching the descriptions and with the same license plate was involved in another incident a couple hours ealier.
the damage the damage this time is nothing compared to the 3 previous incidents. some paint was chipped off but it's still very uncosmetic. luckily no major damage was done to the bumper so all that has to be done is some sanding and some paint.
eliza has been involved in an accident every year that i have owned her. may her bad luck end now.
